Cool Stuff Awards 2017: Movie Nominations

It’s the final batch of nominations for this year’s inaugural Cool Stuff Awards! After recognizing some of the best television and our favourite YouTube content, we now reach the film categories. There were a lot of fantastic movies and performances last year, meaning that we couldn’t acknowledge nearly as many as we would have liked. But, we think that these nominees are both thoroughly deserving, and an interesting change from the major ceremonies.

The winners will be announced on our YouTube channel within the next few weeks, so be sure to keep checking back for more details. For now, here are our picks for the best films and performances of 2016…
